Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, you must contact Esthétique Natasha. If you do not do so 24 hours before your treatment, a $15 fee will be added to your next bill or appointment.

Refund Policy
We hope that your purchases will meet your expectations and needs. Esthétique Natasha does not accept any returns or exchanges of merchandise/products or services received in-store or by delivery.
No returns or exchanges are possible on merchandise purchased online or in-store, or on treatments.
Please inspect the merchandise upon receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving your product. After this period, we will be unable to process your request.
